Resposibilities
- Prepare periodic reports on NAV calculations, waterfall models, deal execution processing
- Be responsible for fund performance, fund dealing and NAV reports enquiries
- Assist in the preparation of the financial statements
- Prepare monthly management reports for group companies
- Liaise with external auditors during annual audit process
Requirements
- At least 5 years of fund accounting experience working in a Private Equity space
- Qualified CPA member
- Sound PE fund accounting knowledge
- Fluency in English, Mandarin and Cantonese a must
