Our Client are currently seeking to hire an experienced Financial Administrator to join their team based in Bray Co.Wicklow. The ideal candidate will be a flexible professional who embraces teamwork, but also enjoys working independently. This is an excellent career opportunity for an ambitious, experienced credit controller / administrator to join a dynamic and fast-growing team. The duties of the role are as follows :   Credit Control Resolve queries about payments, ensuring customers pay on time and negotiating re-payment plans. Respond promptly and completely to both client and internal enquiries. Ensure debts are paid in a timely manner, Chase overdue invoices by telephone agreed timescales, Handle disputed bills and negotiate to bring payment within the agreed terms. Identify changes in payment patterns and propose action to avert indebtedness. Ensure monthly processing deadlines are met as required.   Tender Administration Preparing prequalification submissions. Maintaining Prequalification information library (such as experience lists/ database, CV's, datasheets, safety, quality, environment, project references & project images) Researching, identifying and reporting projects of interest. Reviewing daily tender websites in search of project leads and any other items about our company or the industry. Upkeep and maintenance of the Quality Management System. Implementation of documents, internal audits and strategies to ensure Quality levels meet the requirements of the ISO 9001:2015 / ISO 14001:2015 / OHSAS 18001:2007 guideline standards. Ensuring that processes needed for the quality management system are maintained.  Reporting to top management on the performance of the quality management system and any need for improvement.    Requirements Minimum 5 years' experience in credit control. Experience in preparing prequalification / tender submissions a distinct advantage. Experience of Quality Management Systems administration a distinct advantage. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Excellent attention to detail. The ability to work under pressure and to deadlines. Excellent Computer Skills - Sage.
