POSITIONOVERVIEWControl general finance procedures and practices. Preparebudgets and forecasts. Develop and revise finance and accounting systems,procedures and controls. Manage and train a team of financial staff. Responsibilities:- Responsible for routine work of the FinancialDepartment, including general account, receivable, payable, cash management,etc.;- Formulating job objective and plan implementationof the department, analyzing and optimizing the workflow of the department toimprove the work efficiency and reduce error rate;- Analyzing the main financial data and providingthe relevant analysis report to the management;- Responsible for coordinating the relevant workbetween the Financial Department and other functional departments;- Dealing with and coordinating the relationshipbetween the company and National financial department and tax department.Job requirements:- Bachelor of Finance and Economics or the relatedmajor of the equal education background;- 5 years solid working experience, Well versed inCompany financial policies, procedures, systems and implementation of foreign ERPsystems, such as SAP;- Fluent in written and spoken English;- Have the sense of responsibility, good atcommunication, have a clear mind, and the ability in expression and leadership;- Possess good work habits such as adhering to rulesand plans, etc.
