The role of the credit control is to assist the company to reduce the outstanding aged debt while offering an impeccable service at the same time.

Description
The credit control will report directly into the credit control manager.
The duties include:
- Contacting client by telephone and email to reduce outstanding debt
- Reconciliation
- Building client relationships
- Handling account queries
- Account management
- Achieving company KPI`s
Profile
The susccesfull candidate must:
- Have previous experience of working within a credit control function
- Be able to work autonomously with minimal supervision
- Be a strong communicator at all levels
- Have the ability to build relationships
Job Offer
This role is looking to pay £21,000 per annum (12 month FTC) + 23 days holiday+pension+childcare vouchers
