Job Description
- Support the design, implementation and maintaining of the group’s legal entity and contractual structures
- Ongoing maintenance and oversight of the structures to ensure compliance with the group’s TP policy
- Advise on the transfer pricing aspects of business expansion
- Research transfer pricing and cross-functional tax issues
- Help to review and maintain intercompany agreements
- Support finance and accounting colleagues to ensure related party transactions are properly calculated and booked
- Design and implement appropriate systems (e.g. SAP) to capture and control the data necessary to fulfil TP obligations
- Assist with transfer pricing audit by preparing analysis and responses to information requests and questions by tax authorities
- Serve as a business partner to the operation and finance teams to ensure control and consistency of the transfer pricing process across the operations
Minimum Qualifications
- 4-5 years of specialist Transfer Pricing experience
- Solid understanding of international tax concepts and OECD guidelines
- Strong written and verbal communications skills
- A team player that is used to operating cross functionally and cross jurisdiction/culture
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, rapidly changing, and high-growth organization
- Open to challenging projects outside areas of experience or comfort zone and scope
- Able to travel
