Drive SSC enhancement project and act as a leader to improve the finance operation activities for 6 months. Conduct finance process mapping, to drive operation standardization, periodic follow-up. 2. Lead process review per developing business requirements and initiate optimization projects by working closely with finance functional team leaders, co-workers and related business partners. 3. Drive build-up projects of finance shared service center: 4. Coach project team members to deliver expected results, leverage their potential capability related to project management, and bring them up as core members of future finance team. Your Profile/对您的要求 In order to be successful on this engagement, you have the following qualifications and experience: Bachelor degree and above with Finance Management or Accounting major. At least 5-years Accounting related working experiences. At least 3-years and above Finance Operation Management experiences.
