Description

Key responsibilities will include:

• To manage, coach and develop accounting analysts

• To support all aspects of the accounting cycle including month end, year-end, financial statements and annual audit

• To lead the development of an effective financial control environment, including generation of month end packs, control packs

• To lead effective financial control environment within the wider business with a specific focus on data governance

• To lead first line of defence routines to test the effectiveness of the control environment

• To represent finance on all business led projects, driving a value add contribution to the project
• To identify and lead finance led projects to drive development of the function

Profile

The successful candidate must be:

• ACA/ACCA/CIMA qualified, or working towards their qualification.
• Motivated and driven to progress.
• Interested in working for a fast growing organisation
• Have experience with accounting and financial control.
