Fund Raising Director role for a listed company in Hong Kong
- Your new company
- You'll be working for a listed company in real estate industry. With a vision to become a better leader in its field, it is seeking to expand and grow a team of people who have a strong passion to develop new good infrastructure world.
- Your new role
- You will be in charge of develop strategic financing solutions. You will be responsible to negotiate with bank and financial institutions in major terms of financing and transactions. You will build and maintain the good relationship with different financial institutes and companies who has interest in invest in mainland China project.
What you'll need to succeed
You should have at least 10 years' working experience in finance or investment banking and commercial corporation . Strong command in both English and Chinese is a must. Experience in real estate industry will make you highly competitive.
