Vendor management officer (6 months contract)
J ob Responsibilities:
Qualifications
· At least 1-2 years knowledge and experience in card business and operations
· Possess a degree
· Familiar with vendor management (OSPAR)
· Possess initiative, drive and ability to work independently as well as in a team
· Meticulous with analytical skill and have an aptitude for numbers
· Service oriented with excellent interpersonal and communication skills
· Able to multi-task and work under pressure
· Proficient in Microsoft Office Applications especially MS Excel and Words
- Assist Manager to manage outsourcing vendor
- Ensuring all escalations arising from outsourcing audit are closed within timeline
- Ensure all SLAs established with vendor are met
- Conduct SL meetings, site visits and BCP testing with vendor
- Handle escalations on card delivery issues
- Participate in ad hoc projects on process improvement / automation
- Review team's system access and authority matrices periodically
