Aston Carter is engaged with one of Australia's premier organisations to support their quest to find a Senior Advice Remediation Manager to join their team in Melbourne.

Duties
- Responsible for leading 4 teams across the advice remediation remit
- Leading the delivery and reporting of an end to end customer remediation program valued by both customers and advisors
- Actively engaging employees by developing a high-performance team environment through driving high standards and implementing rewards and recognition
- Driving systems and process improvement across the remediation function by acknowledging staff feedback and thorough investigation of existing processes
- Effectively managing and influencing internal and external stakeholders
Skills and Experience
- Proven experience in an Operations or Team Manager Remediation position across the Insurance, Superannuation or Banking industries which has dealt with significant regulatory change
- Deep understanding of the regulatory requirements of the importance of the remediation process
- Experience in managing relationships with stakeholders from key financial regulatory bodies, i.e. ASIC, AFA + APRA
- High energy and personable individual who is able to spread a infectious energy within the team
- Demonstrated ability to effectively analyse existing processes, procedures and systems, and drive change to improve efficiency and effectiveness
- High performance leadership style focused on improving performance across the team through goal setting and accountability
