The Role:
This is your chance to join a growing Group Finance Team, where you will play a critical role in both the BAU and Project components of its operations. Using your skills, you will work closely with the onshore and offshore team to ensure reporting is complete, accurate and of a high quality. You will also be involved in the implementation of process improvement initiatives across processes and systems, act as a project lead on several Regulatory/Standard changes and support the development of the juniors in the team.
Qualification & Skills:
To be considered, it is desirable you have exposure/experience to the following:
- A solid background in Statutory/Financial Reporting within a Financial Services organisation. Alternatively a Big 4 mover at the Senior Manager level would be a strong background.
- Financial Services experience, primarily across Asset Management, Investment Management, Global Markets or Funds Management is desirable,
- Experience with projects and change agendas, be that systems, standard, regulatory or transformation projects,
- Experience in Audit, Product Control, Financial Reporting or Finance Transformation,
- CA/CPA qualified,
- Demonstrable experience with business partnering to operational teams whilst acting as a conduit between onshore/offshore reporting teams and the business.
