- Handle and assess matters with a high level of customer service and diligence,
- Compile responses and formulate processes in handling issues to deliver an exceptional customer experience,
- Suggest improvements in the delivery of customer service and business partners experience,
- Identify and understand the different business streams and their functions to address both customer and partner issues,
- Resolve and manage internal referrals,
- Ensure that sensitive issues are escalated to the Team Leader or Manager,
- Being flexible and understanding customers' queries with proactive nature,
- Focus on customer satisfaction always.
