Description

Key responsibilities:

• Bank reconciliations
• In charge of Purchase Invoicing / Sales Invoicing including uploading them to SAGE
• Account reviews & Intercompany Accounts
• Recharges
• Raise Purchase Orders
• Bill relevant clients
• Payment runs

Payroll

• New starters / Leavers
• Post required information on Sage
• Process Staff expenses
• Process weekly Payroll for multiple Companies
• Quarterly and monthly reporting
• In charge of US Payroll for the company
• Range of Payroll reconciliations
• Apply pensions and benefits to relevant payrolls
• Deal with all calculation queries of each Payroll
• Lease with US companies regarding their payroll
• Keep up to date with all tax requirements ensuring the system is up to date
• Month end summaries
• Adhoc queries

Profile

The successful Candidate:

• Confident and enthusiastic personality to fit with their social culture
• US payroll experience is desirable
• Strong understanding of Payroll processes
• Query handling / resolution
• Organised
• Enjoys variety
• Attention to detail
