The Regional Finance Manager will be responsible for overseeing every aspect of finance from management accounts and variable analysis to business partnering with non-finance professionals to assist in the deliverance of a key service. The successful candidate will need to be able to work autonomously and take ownership of an exciting role.

The key responsibilities of the Regional Finance Manager will be:
- Overseeing the preparation of Management Accounts
- Leading the budgeting and forecasting process
- Business partnering with key non-finance professionals across the region
- Taking a lead on variance analysis and commercial market analysis
Profile
The successful candidate for the Regional Finance Manager role will be:
- A qualified accountant, CIMA/ACA/ACCA/CIPFA
- Able to work autonomously
- Demonstrable experience of people management
- Able to business partner effectively with non-finance/operations professionals
- A team player
- Have strong Excel and IT skills
- Any familiarity with the medical and nursing sector is a plus
