Job Title: FP&A Supervisor or Senior FP&A Supervisor

Report to: FP&A Manager

 Responsible for the capital management policy update proposal and capital adequacy ratio management task manual update proposal.
 Perform all relevant capital planning, rolling forecast, stress test, periodical reporting to management as required under the Capital Management Policy and the Capital Adequacy Ratio Management Task Manual.
 Conduct interest rate risk sensitivity test and responsible for the relevant policy or task manual.
 Conduct annual stress testing as required by regulator.
 Perform other tasks that are related to ALCO, such as liquidity costing.
 Perform other related tasks as required to achieve improvement in regulator rating.
 Assist annual business planning and business analysis.
 Assist in product pricing, and related business policy changes; update portfolio reports and analysis; prepare forecast of business volume, rates, and other characteristics;
 Work with product development team on profit analysis of campaign proposals, quantify financial impacts by the campaign proposal; improve the profit analysis model to adapt to market change and suit for new products;
 Provide financial analysis and inputs to support new product and/or business initiatives; help gather economic and market information and provide financial outlook to support tactical and strategic change.

5.执行与ALCO相关的其他任务，例如流动性成本计算。
6.根据需要执行其他相关任务以实现监管评级的提升。
7.协助年度业务规划和业务分析。
8.协助产品定价及相关业务政策变更; 更新投资组合报告和分析; 准备业务量，费率和其他特征的预测。
9. 与产品开发团队一起研究活动建议的利润分析，量化活动建议的财务影响; 完善盈利分析模式，适应市场变化，适应新产品。
10.提供财务分析和投入以支持新产品和/或商业计划; 帮助收集经济和市场信息，并提供财务前景来支持战术和战略变革。
