岗位职责：
任职资格： Finance Director - LT Retail group
Job Responsibilities:
1. Financial control & reporting for retail group;
2. Consolidate accounts, financial & management reporting;
3. Create and review financial & accounting policies & procedures;
4. Do budgetary control, year-end closing.
5. Compliance with corporate governance & legislations-PRC, Hong Kong & BVI.
6. Interaction with affiliated companies in PRC, Hong Kong & overseas for reporting purposes; Liaison with government officials, auditors (both external & internal).
7. Corporate finance, fund raising, private equity funds & ad hoc projects.
8. Spearhead strategic planning stages during mergers and acquisitions.
9. Ensure minimization of risk by providing management with helpful and reliable assessment to be used in decision-making.
10. Promote control and process joint assessment with process owners.
11. Other special projects
Job Requirements:
1. A degree majoring in accounting, and preferably a qualified accountant e.g. CPA;
2. Very solid knowledge in Accounting principles and familiar with China and International GAAP.
3. Over 5 years' working experience from a retail industry field. Experience in foreign invested companies is an advantage. at least 2 years finance mgt experience.
4. Fluent English & Chinese (Mandarin), both speaking & writing.
5. Be analytical & logical in thinking, efficient, outgoing & pro-active. Able to communicate well with colleagues at all levels.
6. Able to meet tight deadlines. Responsible and can work under pressure
7. Very good report writing skills.
8. Dynamic individual who can work with changing environment
