My client is a well established business based in Cardiff
Description
Due to excessive workload, my client is looking to recruit a Finance Business Partner on a 9-12m FTC basis.
The Finance Business Partner plays a key role in the business and you will be instrumental in ensuring that key stakeholders in the businesses are achieving their monthly targets.
We are not looking for a keyboard warrior here. Yes of course you will have to produce Periodic Management Accounts, monitor cashflows etc, however the majority of your time should be engaging with senior stakeholders in the business and providing them with relevant MI that they will be able to use to influence decision making.
Profile
You will be a Qualified Accountant and hold either ACA, ACCA, or CIMA qualifications
You will be a solid Management Accountant who has excellent stakeholder engagement skills.
Ideally you will have worked in a large complex organisation
You will have excellent interpersonal skills, both verbal and written.
You will have excellent analytical skills.
You will be a self starter and able to work with minimal supervision.
Job Offer
