We have an outstanding opportunity to be a part of the CFO's Senior Leadership Team.

As the General Manager - Management Information (GM MI), you will:

• support key stakeholders in identifying and driving good customer outcomes and incremental business value
• ensure management information and analysis is accurate, timely and adds significant value to our key stakeholders; and
• drive simplification and transformation initiatives.

This role is critical in managing information flow to ASB's board, shareholder and executive team.

Reporting directly to the CFO, you will work in close partnership with an inspiring leadership group and the internal culture is one of teamwork, collaboration and accountability. Beyond tactical, this role has a genuine commercial and strategic mandate.

What you will bring into this role

We are looking for an authentic leader who personifies the ASB values, oriented towards delivering sustainable value, and serving the benefit of the organisation and its customers as a whole.

You will bring suitable senior management experience with a demonstrated capacity to develop, lead and manage a large effective team. You will have prior financial services experience, and will have a strong understanding of analysing data, modelling scenarios and drawing conclusions to solve complex problems.

You will thrive in driving key strategic initiatives and continuous improvement, delivering high quality outputs within tight deadlines, dealing with complexity and ambiguity, and have the ability to think strategically, while influencing senior stakeholders.
