Job Responsibility:岗位职责： l 制定和维护基于风险管控的审计计划，包括管理层提出的任何业务风险或控制问题 Develop and maintain a risk-based audit plan, including any business risks or control concerns identified by management. l 向管理层汇报每次审计的结果，包括管理层对于审计结果的回复和提出的行动计划 Provide reports to management on the findings of each audit, including management responses and action plans in relation to those findings. l 与业务管理部门确定每项审计工作的范围 Develop the scope of each audit in conjunction with business management. l 对业务流程、风险管理和控制进行内部审查，独立开展工作或者作为审计项目的一名团队成员 Conduct internal reviews of business processes, risk management and control whilst working individually or as part of a small team. l 提出改进业务流程、风险管理和控制的建议，帮助业务增值 Add value to the business by generating practical recommendations to improve business processes, risk management and control. l 跟踪审计结果提出的主要建议与后续行动，并且提供相关后续报告，以确保行动计划得到执行。以及进行管理层要求的任何商业审查、欺诈调查或其他特别项目审计 Follow up and report on key recommendations emanating from the audit reviews to ensure that the agreed action plans have been implemented, and conduct any commercial reviews, fraud investigations or special projects requested by management. Job Requirements:岗位需求： l 本科及以上或者拥有相关证书(如MBA、CA、CPA或其他金融证书) Bachelor degree or above and related qualifications (e.g. MBA, CA, CPA, or other financial) are essential. l 拥有内部审计或信息技术审计资格（比如：CIA或者CISA）可以优先考虑 Internal audit or IT audit qualifications (e.g. CIA or CISA) are desirable but not essential l 至少4年的相关工作经历；拥有4大会计师事务所的外部审计或内部审计经验优先考虑 Minimum 4 years post-qualifying experience, and Big 4 external audit or prior internal audit experience is an advantage. l 在相同的内部审计环境中，有在企业内部从事合规、内审，欺诈调查等实际操作经验可以优先考虑 Previous experience working in a co-sourced internal audit environment, and Operational experience desirable such as compliances, internal-audit, fraud investigations l 具有较强的人际交往能力，有能力与高级管理人员建立合作伙伴关系，同时具备独立思考的能力 Strong personal and interpersonal skills, with the ability to adopt a partnership approach with senior executives while maintaining an independent viewpoint. l 出色的时间管理和组织能力 Excellent time-management and organizational skills. l 具有较高的分析能力、算术能力、沟通能力和计算机使用能力 High analytical, numeracy, communication and computer literacy skills. l 为人正直，保持高度的职位操守 High integrity. l 坚定的行事态度以及职业敏感度 Robust and politically sensitive judgment. l 拥有自我激励驱动力-能够在最低限度的日常工作监管下完成既定的工作目标 Self-motivated - able to work towards agreed objectives with minimal day-to-day supervision.
