Finance Manager

Responsibilities: ·         Wrap-up of financial function down to production of financial statements. ·         Ensure timely and accurate month-end, quarter-end and year-end closings. ·         Proper documentation of entries and transactions.  Maintain proper reports and reconciliations. ·         Work with business team and enhance the finance procedure efficiency, optimize the payment process, build-up local finance SOP. ·         Bank reconciliation monthly and prepare the cash flow forecast ·         Be excellent governance standards on both local statutory reporting and Corporate financial and management accounting. ·         Monitor and ensure the tax computation, booking and filing are complying with local tax regulation and company policy; ·         Support a clean and timely year-end audit. ·         Role also includes managing admin and regulatory requirements.  ·         Other assign tasks if necessary Requirements: ·         Major in Accounting with Bachelor degree or above ·         Minimum 10 years relevant working experiences ·         Experience working in both accounting firm and corporate preferred. ·         Have excellent problem-solving skills and research skills ·         CPA and/or other relevant professional qualifications ·         Be familiar with local tax laws and tax preparation methods ·         Self-driven, entrepreneurship ·         Willing to learn and multi-task. ·         Good organizational skills to handle simultaneous mandates. ·         Experience managing a small team. ·         Can use English as a work language both in oral & written. ·         Outstanding communication, analytical thinking, and teamwork skills
