Description
This role will be reporting into the Credit Manager.
The duties include:
- Recover outstanding debt via by telephone & email
- Producing client invoices
- Allocations ( bank accounts and Internal systems)
- Resolving customer queries
- Reconciliation
- Ensure companies KPI`s are achieved
- Nominal Leger
- Raising credit notes & refunds within company policies
Profile
The successful candidate Must:
- Previous experience within Credit Control
- Have experience of working within a busy and demanding Environment
- Have the ability to develop and maintain relationship
- Be confident
- Have strong an analytically skills
- Be hard working and driven attitude
- Have excellent communication skills both written and verbal
Job Offer
The role is looking to pay between £20,000 to £22,000 +parking+penison scheme+generous holidays
