The Financial Controller will have direct reporting responsibility to the FD.
Duties include reporting, personnel, budget and decision-making responsibility

Description
Ensuring integrity of Datawright financial data.
Preparation and input of monthly financial data into EASY financial system.
Validate monthly upload of EASY data into MPC and then HFM systems.
Prepare monthly balance sheet reconciliations for all key accounts.
Prepare monthly forecast detail
Participate in annual budget preparation
Prepare quarterly statutory analysis
Prepare annual statutory accounts
Prepare tax calculation support
Ensure compliance with all external and internal accounting procedures.
Prepare monthly or quarterly VAT
Profile
ACA, ACCA, CIMA qualification
Analytical and problem solving capabilities
Ability to work effectively with internal and external stakeholders
Must be able to work under pressure to tight deadlines
Knowledge of financial software packages
Previous senior finance experience within a manufacturing environment would be desirable
