An exciting Finance Manager role with a Progressive Educational Start Up delivering Corporate Training & Business Development on a Global Scale. This will be the Finance Lead in the London Office with scope for International Travel.

Description

The Role

The Finance Manager role will be as finance lead for the London office and will require management of group financial accounts through key responsibilities:

  • Systems Implementation & Process Improvements
  • Business Partnering - Board Level & Senior Management. Establish position as the Finance Go To
  • Monitor group accounts to prepare budgets and forecasting and analysis
  • Consolidation of International Accounts - into singular holding company
  • Maintain current knowledge of IFRS and the Group's other statutory reporting requirements
  • Guide and Develop Finance Team - Ongoing education and training of members of the finance teams

    What's Needed

    • Qualified ACA or ACCA or CIMA
    • SME Background & Knowledge of International Business
    • Highly developed interpersonal skills - to deliver ongoing development of effective working relationships which drive team performance
    • Strong communication abilities
    • Proactive & self-driven
