Description

As the Finance Operational Manager you will be a pivotal part of the UK Finance and operations functions for this international group. In this role you will always be looking at how you can improve and develop the streamlining process of each of the legal entities by keeping a focus on quality, efficiency and change management. While also being responsible for a range of activities including the monthly reporting cycle, statutory accounts, efficiency improvements, international tax, a pivotal role in implementing a new finance system, and other ad hoc projects. A key for this role will be the successful management of a team of seven, ranging in experience and qualification.

Profile

For this Finance Operational Manager role our client is looking for a qualified accountant (ACA, CIMA or ACCA), who has strong technical accounting experience, an ability to examine and improve financial control across the finance function, and good working knowledge of Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, lookups and formulae). As well as managing a minimum of five reports.
