FINANCIAL CONTROLLER

Job brief:

We are looking for an experienced financial controller, to undertake all aspects of financial management, including accounting, regulatory and financial reporting, budget and forecasts preparation, as well as development of internal control policies and procedures. Finance controller responsibilities will also include financial risk management.
Responsibilities
• Manage all accounting operations including Billing, A/R, A/P, GL , Cost Accounting, Inventory Accounting, manufacturing and procurement process management.
• Manage company full integrated Oracle based ERP System
• Coordinate and direct the preparation of the report variance, MIS Reporting.
• Prepare and report timely monthly financial statements with detailed analyses.
• Coordinate Audit and tax submission. Also work for IFRS Compliance.
• Support month-end and year-end close process
• Ensure quality control over financial transactions and financial reporting
• Manage and comply government reporting requirements for GOSI, Labor office, Zakat, and VAT.
• Manage monthly & Annual VAT return submission on time and follow up.
• Develop and document business processes and accounting policies to maintain and strengthen internal controls for procurement, inventory.
• Manage and comply company labor policies
• Personnel and admin management.
• Strong co-ordination with sales, procurement, factory, stores department for smooth operation.
• Manage company logistic, insurance & admin requirement.
• Manage companies computers, office equipment and other requirements.
• Additional controller duties as necessary for the handling of requirements.
