AR Head - SSC

Key responsibilities: ▪ Lead the team to handle day-to-day Accounts Receivable, Collection and credit control. ▪ Account receivable management, including aging analysis and long-term aging collection ▪ Ensure timeliness and quality of Accounts receivable transactions processing ▪ Evaluate customers' credit status to define an appropriate customer risk category ▪ Cross function communication and cooperation with branch finance/sales/operation/legal ▪ Supervise AR closing activities to ensure that financial closing is completed in an accurate and timely manner ▪ Prepare and Review financial reports/analysis within required schedule to ensure quality and compliance ▪ Engage in continuous improvement of processes to enhance overall effectiveness and efficiency of AR& Collection functions ▪ Review internal controls and enforce policies to ensure compliance with corporate guidelines ▪ Participate and support ad-hoc projects/other accounting duties as required ▪ Assist FSSC Head to develop and implement operational plans based on FSSC strategy and implementation plans in specific regions Skills, Experience & Qualifications： ▪ Strong leadership and people management skills, good team player ▪ Independent, good interpersonal, communication, presentation and supervisory skills ▪ Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from senior executives, stakeholders, and cross-functional business leaders ▪ Strong work ethic and ability to organize tasks effectively to meet deadlines ▪ Should possess strong problem-solving and analytical skills, as well as good interpersonal and communication skills. ▪ Should be a self-starter, motivated, organized, meticulous, independent and versatile team player. ▪ Language: English and Chinese ▪ 8 years of relevant working experience in AR, at least 3 years' team management experience, experience with multi-national companies would be an advantage ▪ Shared service experience will be a plus ▪ Bachelor's in accountancy and/or equivalent professional qualifications Physical
