Key Job responsibilities:
Ability to engage with business leaders to drive the RPA program
Ability to manage key stakeholders and drive organizational change
Ability to manage complexity and dealing with ambiguity
Interacting with the customers (Controllers and CFOs) to understand client expectation on daily basis
Gaining thorough knowledge of the process to be able to guide the team/business
Motivating the team towards better work performance
Role Summary:
Balance Sheet management of the business
Reconciliation of all balance sheet items, closing of books as per business calendar, reporting of numbers as per SEC requirement, Stat to GAAP reporting.
Utilize tracking system/work queue/logs
Prioritize transactions according to documented guidelines to meet deadlines.
Respond to customer inquiries
Identify, research, and resolve problems.
Assist with/perform other team tasks as required.
Accurately gather/report/record data for production reporting.
Evaluate processes for improvement opportunities.
Preparation and review of SOPs in standard format, as suggested by Process Owners and being 100% compliant
Manage a diverse team of domain experts, front line managers, mid-management professionals to drive efficient resource management
Transform business operations & delivery of complex processes to reduce cost, drive efficiency and improve quality
Work with key Internal (multiple teams) & External (clients) stakeholder's and build deep client partnerships
Collaborate with senior management relating to business growth, strategy, and operational planning
Manage a diverse team of project managers and developers
Liaison with several vendor partners and resource management group to drive efficient resource management
Undertake process initiatives to demonstrate ability to take on larger responsibilities and roles (stretch assignments)
Develop industry leading practices to share with customers , build reference able customers

Direct contributions to enhance extensive knowledge base and suite of methods,
and frameworks, to deliver sustainable long term solutions
Qualifications Required:
• Bachelor/Master's degree in Financial
• 6 - 8 Years Accounting experience
• CA/CPA certificate is a plus
• Accounting experience in a multi-gaap environment (SSC) is a plus
• Written and verbal fluency in English and Chinese
• Ability to learn/understand Standard & Processes quickly and adhere to them
accurately
• Flexible approach with a strong team spirit, effective interpersonal &communication
skills and highly professional style
• Proficient IT skills including Excel and Outlook
