For our Client internationally recognized company, we are looking for proactive candidates for the position of Head Of Accounting.

Scope of duties:


  • Responsible for Group accounting (financial books, preparation of tax declarations and annual closings, reporting)

  • Participate in implementation of analytical solutions for the managerial reporting needs

  • Responsible for financial projects within the Group

  • Managing a team (20 people across Poland)

  • Constant monitoring and ongoing improvements of group controlling processes

  • Support decision-making processes by performing analysis and monitoring ongoing business operation


Requirements:


  • Financial education - degree in accounting or finance

  • Minimum 3 years of relevant experience gained as Chief Accountant

  • Experience in team management (min. 1 year)

  • Very good knowledge of Excel and ERP system (SAP or Oracle)

  • Previous experience in leading projects within the Group

  • Knowledge of IFRS

  • Qualifications such as ACCA, CIMA would be a plus

  • Excellent knowledge of English

  • Ability to operate in challenging and dynamic environment

  • Strong analytical skills and business acumen

  • Easiness in identifying issues, presenting them and recommending solutions clearly and in an efficient manner
