Client Details
A large FMCG Manufacturing business
Description
- Lead the preparation of consistent weekly and monthly reporting
- Management of the internal and external accounting relationships including compliance within the business
- Appraise day to day monitoring of stock levels and valuation
- Provide the necessary information to the tax and treasury teams to ensure that they have all the information required for their submissions
- Highlight and interrogate performance
- Lead the appraisal of budgets and forecasts
- Review ad hoc reporting for the business/external parties
- Develop, implement and continuously improve standard business tools and reporting for financial performance to provide accurate, timely and consistent information
- Management of certain cost areas
- Mentoring of local finance and administration teams
Profile
Fully qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA or similar)
Ideally 5 years post qualification experience within the manufacturing industry
Experience leading an accounting function; including staff supervision
Highly motivated and committed to quality
ERP Systems knowledge is advantageous
