Description
As a Finance Manager in the Master Data team you'll lead a team within Global Finance Services of 16 to provide high quality Master Data maintenance to the business.
From day one, your role will be challenging and diverse as you build relationships in the business, and swiftly take charge of your own workload.
As the Finance Manager you'll have ownership of all Master Data maintenance activities within GFS. You will effectively lead a large team to deliver standardised, streamlined Master Data services in line with process efficiency, and to ensure your team adhere to policies, controls and governance.
Your key responsibilities are to identify opportunities to continuously improve Master Data processes and collaborate with the wider finance community to deliver finance initiatives and key business outcomes. Use your interpersonal skills to resolve complex issues and customer concerns; conduct regular performance management reviews, and drive our customer first principles and behaviours.
Profile
As a Finance Manager in the Master Data team you'll be highly driven, with a proactive approach, and be able to confidently lead others. Good interpersonal skills to a new level by demonstrating a naturally engaging and persuasive style which, paired with enthusiasm, will allow you to make an impact across the wider finance community.
Strong business partnering skills
Ability to independently challenge existing thinking in a positive way, whilst building credibility and trust
Experience of working in a SOX controlled environment
In-depth knowledge of Master Data and Purchase to Pay processes.
Qualified Accountant qualification (ACCA/CIMA/ACA)
Additionally you must have:

Excellent IT skills
