A fantastic opportunity has been presented for a Financial Controller to join an established business in Liverpool city centre. The successful candidate will ideally be from a hospitality background and be CIMA or ACCA part qualified.

Description
The Financial Controller will be responsible for:
- Reporting weekly and monthly financials directly to the Global Finance Director
- Daily management of the finance team of 2 including 121s, training, recruitment and coaching
- Responsible for all accounting control for the Liverpool site including detailed financial analysis
- Continuous improvement of the finance team
- Timely and accurate finance reporting
- Monthly management accounting reports
- Finance business partnering with multiple departments
Profile
- Previous exposure in a similar Financial Controller/Manager position
- CIMA or ACCA part qualified - highly advantageous
- Hospitality background - highly advantageous
- Excellent communication and organisation skills
- Strong interpersonal and management skills
- Ability to act as Finance Business Partner with non-finance stakeholders
