Description
This role is reporting in to the Credit Manager.
The duties include:
- Directly responsible for supervising the Credit Control function
- Maximise cash collection and minimise levels of overdue debt
- Responsible for key accounts
- Regularly liaise with internal staff to resolve complex queries/disputes
- Provide Management information regarding the team's performance and targets
- Seek out opportunities to improve process, procedures and controls
- Monthly reporting
- To follow up on all deadlines and co-ordinate further action were required
- Resolve complex and escalated customer billing queries
Profile
The successful candidate MUST:
- Have experience working in a similar role - Essential
- Be a strong and firm communicator - Essential
- Have supervisory experience - Desirable
- Be wanting to progress and grow with the business - Essential
- Be proficient using MS Excel - Essential
Job Offer
This role is looking to pay from £23,000 to £28,000 per annum + Parking + Pension
