Description
Our client is looking for an Accounts Payable Clerk to join their Accountancy team in Farnham
- Coding, batching and processing of invoices onto supplier accounts
- Processing petty cash returns and staff expense claims
- Maintaining supplier master file details
- Payment runs - BACS and Cheques etc
- Daily reconciliation of Accounts Payable control account
- Liaising with branch personnel and suppliers
- Day end procedures
- General office duties and office cover
Profile
A successful candidate will have Navision exposure, be available on short notice & have some experience with the above
