Responsibilities :
- Prepare credit application and internal rating mainly covering bond issuers and investors in capital markets
- Prepare analysis report for sovereign rating
- Provide credit related support and risk control to the team
- Handle the ISDA, CSA and GMRA negotiation and signing of agreements
- Degree holder or above, professional qualification in ACCA, FRM, HKICPA is an advantage
- 3 years for Credit Analyst and 7 years for Senior Credit Analyst or above working experience in credit analysis and risk management in the banking industry
- With experience in ISDA negotiating agreements is an preferrable
- Strong analytical skill and work independently
- Knowledge of financial markets products and international accounting standards
- Good command of both spoken and written English and Chinese (Putonghua is preferred)
- Willing to work under pressure with strong self-initiative
