An exciting opportunity incorporating the supervision of management accountants within a finance team to ensure the supply information to worldwide stores. Information includes the compilation of monthly accounts for designated business entities and maintenance of key financial processes.

A highly prestigious and evolving British retailer looking to extend their influence within the market, whilst boasting over 1000 stores in 16 different countries internationally.

Description

Supervise a team of four Management Reporting Accountants for designated companies and to produce information on a monthly basis.

Ensure stakeholders in relevant companies are supported by the Management Reporting Team.

Relate with different business functions to ensure credibility of information provided.

Act as first level of line management for Management Reporting Accountants and Trainee Management Accountant.

Profile

A successful candidate will have had over three years management accounting experience having finalised their qualification.

Aspiration to progress within a rapidly evolving business environment.

Display confidence in their engagement with stakeholders and executive board.

Must be able to multi-task, work independently and be extremely flexible in order to meet tight deadlines.

Strong supervisory skills including communication, coordination and employee development.
