Description

Key responsibilities of the successful Accounts Assistant include:

• Raising and posting invoices
• Reporting to senior finance managers
• Working with directors to resolve invoice queries
• Posting transactions in multiple currencies
• Interfacing between the AP/AR Supervisor and the Financial Controller
• Assisting in preparation of month end
• Bank reconciliations
• Ledger reconciliations
• Ad hoc finance duties as required

Profile

The successful Accounts Assistant will be:

• Studying AAT
• Have invoicing experience
• Have reconciliation experience
• A good understanding of AP/AR processes
• Ideally experience posting multi-currency transactions
• Ambitious with a desire to progress
• Attentive with an eye for detail
• Numerate and confident working with spreadsheets and numerical data
• A team play and effective communicator
