Pertemps Recruitment are currently recruiting for a world leader in the insurance industry, based in Glasgow city centre. Our client requires an Audit Specialist to join them on a permanent basis, and this person must be a fluent Dutch speaker.

Working within their Operations team, purpose of this role is to manage, monitor, control and report on the credit control query resolution process across the company's portfolio. The role involves the investigation and resolution of credit control queries, as well as, root cause analysis; the establishment of a dispute resolution framework and the enhancement/development of applicable cross–functional processes.

Key responsibilities:

Track and monitor policies using a custom tracker, within which, users are able to update case statuses, note comments and maintain key contacts.
Establish strategic contacts and engage in regular verbal/written communication with Brokers and internal stakeholders
Track the premium audit status of open and overdue items
Demonstrate values and volumes of premium audit information and calculated adjustment premiums
Provide a clear audit trail of internal/external contact history, actions, calculation progress and outcomes
Calculate adjustment premium accurately, update customer records and register adjustment premium
Prepare booking instructions to ensure timely registration and invoice production
Initiate relationships with external clients
Establish strategic contacts and engage in regular verbal communication with Brokers. This will be an essential part of the role in order to ensure timely and accurate receipt of audit information

Required Skills & Experience

English and Dutch fluency (both written and oral) are crucial
A fluency in French would also be very beneficial
A background in customer service, sales or credit control role is preferred
A team–player, with the ability to work as part of a small team, with clear goals and objectives based on case management, resolution timeframes, revenue generation and quality and accuracy is essential
Experience of managing own workload and initiating and developing relationships with stakeholders
Process–driven, adaptable, influential personality
Commercially aware individual, who can identify opportunities and risks
