Description
This role is reporting in to the Finance Manager.
The duties include:
- Overseeing the running of purchase ledger
- Inputting supplier invoices
- Processing supplier statements reconciliations
- Weekly cash forecasts
- Payment runs
- Report on cash position to senior management
- Resolving queries
Profile
The successful candidate MUST:
- Have experience working in a similar role - Essential
- Be able to manage a high volume of invoices - Essential
- Have used finance system Oracle - Desirable
- Be confident using MS Excel - Desirable
- Have strong communications skills - Essential
Job Offer
This role is looking to pay from £22,000 to £25,000 per annum + Parking + Pension
