As our Accounts & Tax Manager, you’ll lead our high performing accountants and account managers to deliver our award-winning compliance and advisory service. You’ll be accountable for our clients’ satisfaction and for the efficiency of your team. You’ll be part of the senior management team, and report directly to the CEO. Your objectives will include:
Delivering high quality advice, and accurate compliance for clients
Ensure all client services team members are delivering high quality and timely advice to clients. Ensure all compliance activities, and other client processes, are completed on time (as per your team’s SLAs) and to the expected quality standards. Monitor legislative changes, evaluate the impact on clients and manage the timely implementation of changes.
Driving client satisfaction
Lead by example and champion our client-centered approach, making sure that the entire client services team acts in the best interests of our clients. Work alongside the Customer Experience team to implement changes to further drive client satisfaction and advocacy.
Championing and driving team efficiency
Increase gross margin by improving practices throughout the client services team. Work alongside the in-house software development team to implement process improvements to increase efficiency.
