Senior Financial Analyst

岗位职责： Mission: • Under the responsibility of Finance Director, the Senior Financial Analyst is responsible to provide financial analysis to support management decision. • He is responsible for supporting the Finance Controller to ensure the compliance of local laws and regulations. • He is responsible to provide training to all Finance and Non-Finance staff within AEP to improve overall finance knowledge and analysis skills. Main tasks: • Prepare financial analysis reports. - Provide financial analysis on revenue, cost, expense and working capital. - Prepare the key financial indicators and other analysis required by financial Controller. • Support Finance Controller to prepare forecast and follow up for deviations from the forecast. • Support Finance Controller to build up financial procedures. And take proper action to ensure the procedures are implemented. • Support Finance Controller to perform SOX walk-through, and maintain documentation. • Provide suggestions on tax and foreign exchange management. • Provide finance training to all Finance and Non-Finance staff • Any other tasks assigned by Finance Controller Authorities and accountabilities: • Cooperate with accounting team Interlocutors / Relationships (except direct management): Internal: • AEP Management Team • Other ALx colleagues. External: • Auditors. • Taxation, Financial authorities. Competences: Level (diploma) required: • Bachelor degree holder in Finance 任职资格： Experience: • Experienced analyst in finance (at least 1 year experience in a similar job preferably in mass production and/or automotive industry). Experience on other finance or accounting positions is a plus. • Recognized experience within international group of fully owned companies (preferably Chinese subsidiary within a multinational corporation). Technical skills required: • To be familiar with ERP system and reporting tools. • To be familiar with Project financial management. • To be familiar with local tax laws and regulations. • To master general and analytical accounting procedures, Chinese and US GAAP. • To be familiar with SOX requirements Skills in relationship and management / leadership required: - To be able to work in team and to coordinate - To accept the values of Autoliv and the ten Leaderships behavior defined by Autoliv. Languages: • Fluent Chinese. • Fluent English.
