Description
The key responsibilities for this Graduate Accounts Assistant (Temporary to permanent) are:
- Providing book keeping services for Group entities;
- Preparing payments schedule and advising on accounts payable;
- Cash balances and reconciliation of bank accounts and customers and supplier's statements;
- Co-ordinate petty cash analysis and travel expense claims;
- Providing regular cash flow updates for senior management;
- Ensuring that correct procedures are followed for the dispersal of client funds;
- Liaising with suppliers and external institutions, including banks and tax authorities;
- Providing administrative support to the accounts team.
