Credit Control Specialist

Description

This role is reporting in to the Financial Controller.

The duties include:

• Looking after the ledger chasing overdue payments
• Make sure accounts are chased in a timely manner and reducing the overall overdue debt
• Bring in Advance payments
• Liaising internally to ensure invoices are paid within payment terms and to reduce any disputes that are preventing payment form being made
• Liaising with Accounts receivable to ensure all unallocated cash is allocated correctly
• Building relationships and ensuring that client queries are resolved within agreed time frame
• Providing up to date reports and provide forecast of projected finishing position
• Input notes, send statements and copy invoices

Profile

The Successful candidate MUST:

• Have experience in a similar role - Essential
• Be confident using MS Excel - Essential
• Have strong communication skills - Essential
• Be able to work well as part of a team - Essential

Job Offer

This role is looking to pay from £22,000 to £25,000 per annum + Parking + Pension + Bonus
