Your role
Do you thrive in a busy, fast-paced environment? Are you comfortable being part of a team overseeing a critical function of the bank's operations ? We're looking for someone like that to handle:
• The administration and management of the corporate loan portfolio and its lifecycle events;
• Review bilateral loan agreements, syndicated leveraged / structured loan documentation, including reviewing the operational elements (particularly where the Bank is Agent) & security documentation;
• Co-ordination of waiver and amendment requests;
• Perform syndicated loan agency work;
• Maintenance of original documentation and security files;
• Monitor loan covenants compliance;
• Communicate and co-ordinate with internal partners such as Credit, Legal and Corporate Client Solutions teams , in addition to our external counsel, borrowers and lenders;
• Transaction execution / closing of leveraged loan transactions where the Bank is arranger and facility agent (a sound knowledge of leveraged / structured finance & syndication is essential);
• Confirmation, documentation and settlement of secondary loan trades.
Your team
You'll be working in the Structured Finance Processing team as part of Group Operations within our Sydney office. We're responsible for providing Agency, documentation, transaction management, funding, booking and administrative support for loans, loan related products and leveraged lending. Our team handles all loan lifecycle events from start to finish and primarily supports the UBS Leveraged Capital Markets and Corporate Lending franchise within the Investment Bank.
