Exciting opportunity exists within our Western Sydney branch for experienced Recruitment Team Leader to become an integral part of the most successful and largest branch in Kelly Services network.
Your key initiative is to lead the team overseeing the day to day operations through to strategically grow the division from our new state of the art Seven Hills office.
Ideally you are an experienced Recruitment professional who has a solid understanding of high volume blue collar, trades and technical recruitment looking to work with the largest recruitment firm across APAC region.
To be eligible for the role:
Previous experience working in either Industrial or Technical Sales recruitment.
Previous experience leading a small team.
Ability to demonstrate working under pressure.
Strong communication and relationship management skills.
We are looking for a hands-on leader that will lead and mentor the team to achieve set targets as well as be creative and think outside the box.
