Director, Head of Finance - Financial Institution, Virtual Bank

Your new company
Your new company is a top-tier, global financial institution. Due to market demands, they are currently setting-up a Virtual Bank in Hong Kong and is actively looking for the market's best and most innovative talent to join their dynamic team.

Your new role
In your new role, you work closely with C-suite executives and the rest of the business in setting up the Virtual Bank. In your new role, you will also help set-up the operating model, policies and procedures and controls. Lastly, you will oversee the Financial Management, Local and Regulatory Reporting, and Risk Management.

What you'll need to succeed
To succeed in this position, you will ideally have 10+ years of Finance experience in either a bank or a fin-tech firm. You will have experience in managing senior stakeholders and a finance team. Lastly, you will also need to be comfortable in working in a Start-up environment.
