岗位职责： 1）Annual budget process and budget bridge analysis, including income statement, balance sheet and cash flow；2) KPI development for each accountability area, tracking and ensure KPI to be achievable；3) Prepare weekly forecast and ensure the forecast to be achievable, including income statement, balance sheet and cash flow；4) Key cost savings initiative tracking with operation team；5) Work with IT to drive report automation；6) Management review package preparation and consolidation；7) Develop quarterly Finance to non-Finance training program；8) Build up financial model
