AR Analyst Tech Company

AR Analyst (6 month contract likely to extend) South Dublin €37K This international tech company require an AR Analyst to join their growing team. You will be responsible for the collection of B2B Accounts Receivable balances and the investigation and resolving of issues. This role will be extended for the right person. Key Responsibilities  Manage accounts from the debtor's ledger  Contact with customers to discuss Accounts Receivable statements and to establish payment dates  Investigate and handle disputes  Investigate claims using various in house and client applications Analyse, document and resolve queries Apply cash receipts as per remittance advice provided by customers Issue statements of accounts Send invoices to distributors Negotiate payments for invoices in dispute Monitor the creditworthiness of existing customers Create manual invoices/credit notes Assist with both internal and external audit requests Preparation of order packs for initial revenue recognition review Month end reporting   Experience required 3-4 years previous AR experience Strong database, analytical and accounting skills A 3rd level degree in Business/Financial/Economics is highly desirable Strong user knowledge of MS Excel (pivot tables and v-lookups) and ERP systems   Please apply for immediate consideration
