APAC Finance Data Integrity Analyst

In this role, the APAC Data Integrity Analyst will create and maintain vendor and customer master data records, 
in addition to partnering with cross-functional teams to implement enhancements and/or new tools。
• Interpret requests submitted to master data team and complete requests based on predefined processes and SLAs
• Work with Requester to obtain proper documentation as needed
• Troubleshoot and resolve Salesforce incident tickets related to customer master data
• Translate business requirements into scalable ERP solutions while maintaining the integrity of the ERP platform and various integration points from a governance standpoint
• Serve as a liaison between business and IT as a data champion
• Work with internal business partners to design and develop information solutions that maximize the usage of vendor and customer master data as requirements evolve
 

• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent work experience
• 4+ years of experience working in master data management and data governance
• Master data knowledge of vendors/suppliers and customers
• Extensive hands on SAP experience and knowledge of industry leading master data tools; i.e. Salesforce, Pool4Tool/Jaggaer Direct and Winshuttle
• Advanced expertise with Excel and SAP
• Strong problem solving and analytical skills with keen attention to detail
• Ability to make decisions that impact global data processes
• Ability to work effectively with a wide variety of people in a cross-functional team environment, using strong written and oral communication skills
• Fluent English and Japanese is required
