This is a brilliant commercial finance manager position within a well known player in the aviation industry. This is a true business partner role, with significant autonomy and decision making abilities.

My client area a well known operator in the aerospace industry. Currently in a growth phase it's an exciting time to be joining the business.

Description

This role is responsible for the commercial and pricing activities across a number of clients within the portfolio. This role sits within the Commercial Finance team and the wider Partnering and F&PA' Finance team. It is required to influence a range of functional stakeholders. The role helps to deliver the financial foundations required to support decision-making for their functional partners. The incumbent, with support from the wider team, works with functions and finance stakeholders to enable a 'No surprises' culture through all decision-making processes.

You will be partnering with both internal & external stakeholders at a senior level in order to drive performance and profitability for the group.

Profile

  • Qualified accountant
  • Able to work in the Hounslow / Heathrow area.

  • Relevant business partnering experience with senior stakeholders

  • Clear evidence of implementing high-impact continuous improvement initiatives

  • Driven with significant energy and strong influencing skills

  • Reflective with the demonstrable ability to adapt self or others to deliver results

  • Knowledge and experience of complex commercial environment

  • Strong communications skills with a demonstrable track record of excellent stakeholder engagement

  • Demonstrable business partnering experience, ability to influence senior stakeholders
  • Ideally having worked as a commercial finance manager previously
  • Experience working within the aerospace industry is a 'nice to have' but not essential.
