THE IDEAL CANDIDATE Holds a Level 8 (or waiting on a result) OFA / APA loans & previous experience in Mortgage role Expert level knowledge mortgage products Amassed strong credit experience and submits mortgage applications to a high standard ‘Gets' the importance of a mortgages role in helping people buy homes Is authentic and genuine in how they communicate Is excited by the future of banking and it's rapidly changing landscape Has innate customer empathy and drive to help people Genuinely enjoys working as part of a team Takes pride in their ability to communicate and build rapport Is proud of their strong work ethic and will become a valued colleague IS ABSOLUTELY AWESOME :) OVERVIEW OF ROLE Respond to campaign-based customer queries Submit mortgage applications to a high standard In a genuine way, engage in needs-based customer conversations Deliver excellence in customer service and continuously searching for opportunities to enhance our customer journey and streamline our current processes Work effectively as part of a team and engage in feedback sessions Embrace personal development and ensure that required levels of competency are being achieved in line with role expectations - work with your Team Leader to put an IDP in place and to ensure that actions agreed are carried out.
